Yunnan City Investment announced that in order to resolve competition issues in the industry, the company signed a “Framework Agreement on Entrusted Management Services” with the controlling shareholder Health Tourism Group. According to the agreement, the Health and Tourism Group and its subsidiaries will entrust the company to manage and/or provide services for the corresponding commercial operation and property management assets.
