Baichuan Asset Management plans to cancel the pledge procedure and transfer 100 million shares of the company to its own account after being dissolved. As of the announcement date, Baichuan Asset Management held 474 million shares, accounting for 35.37% of the total share capital, and pledged 373 million shares, accounting for 78.65% of its shares and 27.82% of its total share capital. After the decomposition was completed, 273 million shares were pledged, accounting for 57.56% of its shares and 20.36% of its total share capital.
