There were no unsettled foreign exchange contracts at the end of November and the end of October 2025. The total amount of foreign exchange reserve assets of US$429.4 billion is equivalent to more than five times the currency in circulation in Hong Kong, or about 38% of the Hong Kong dollar money supply M3.
