Ethos Development and its partner Vance Development have broken ground on Ellison Ridge, a 222-unit multifamily housing development in Vancouver, Washington.

The 200,000-square-foot, two- and three-story, multi-building project features a pool, fitness center, community kitchen and living room, children’s play area, and a pickleball court. Twenty percent of the units will be available to residents earning no more than 80% of the area median income. Leeb Architecture of Portland designed the project, Team Construction of Vancouver is the general contractor, and Ethos Commercial Advisors of Portland provided debt advisory services.

“Vancouver is growing fast, and with that growth comes a real need for more housing choices at a range of price points,” says Paul Del Vecchio, Founding Principal of Ethos Development. “With strong job growth anchored by regional healthcare, tech and advanced manufacturing, and new retail investment along the east Vancouver and Camas corridors, we see this as the right project in the right place at the right time.”
