The linkage formula is as follows: electricity price = feed-in electricity measurement of electricity fuel consumption × diesel price. Among them, the fuel consumption measured by feed-in electricity is calculated at 233.5 grams/kilowatt-hour; the diesel price is based on the Shanghai No. 0 diesel price announced by the National Development and Reform Commission. In principle, the linkage cycle is consistent with the price adjustment cycle for natural gas generators in our city, and our committee uniformly publishes the price adjustment results. In the future, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission's electricity price market-based reform and the construction and development of our city's electricity market, we will promote market entry transactions for gate electric gas turbine generator sets in due course, and form feed-in tariffs through the market. If the National Development and Reform Commission stipulates otherwise, it shall be implemented in accordance with its provisions.
