Jingwei Tiandi (02477): Zhang Xiaolong was appointed as Executive Director

Mr. Zhang Xiaolong has been appointed as an executive director with effect from December 3, 2025.

Since Mr. Zhang Xiaolong was appointed as an executive director on December 3, 2025, he has also been appointed as a member of the Company's Investment Committee; Ms. Chen Shenmao has ceased to be a member of the Investment Committee since December 3, 2025.
