Shareholders of China Uptown (02330) transferred shares from China Galaxy Securities Hong Kong to Bank of China (Hong Kong) with a market value of HK$4,0681 million

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 2, shareholders of China Shangcheng (02330) transferred shares from China Galaxy Securities Hong Kong to the Bank of China (Hong Kong), with a market value of HK$4.681 million, accounting for 6.28%.

On October 28, Shangcheng of China issued an announcement. All conditions contained in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement matters were completed on October 28, 2025. A total of 754.774,300 shares have been successfully placed by the placement agent at a placement price of HK$0.180 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, with Mr. Chen Hui as an investor; Ms. Liu Xiaoling as an investor; and Mr. Li Yanyong as an investor, accounting for about 16.67% of the company's issued share capital through allotment and issuance of the placed shares immediately after the placement.
